Vpera Town

A segment of the lower ward broke away from the main body of the island but is still near enough (and populated) that it is still considered the lower ward. Due to the difficulty in reaching the segment though, it tends to be populated by individuals who are able to fly. This has earned it the name 'Vpera Town'.
